Job Description
Technical Skills:
Installing and configuring CyberArk in the development, testing and production environments and practical
experience of deployment and troubleshooting of CyberArk products including Vault, PVWA, PSM, PTA,
PSMP and AIM
Creating CPM and PSM Plugins, safe and platform design
Good hands-on with CyberArk Discovery & Audit
Integration and customization of CyberArk tools
Custom development through Auto IT
Analyze PAM system logs and analyzing application, network, and other logs as part of troubleshooting.
Act as an escalation point for CyberArk issues reported by users and co-ordinate with the vendor as needed for
troubleshooting and issue resolution
Process Skills:
Experience with analyzing and documenting business requirements and interfacing with system/platform
owners
Create deployment and operational documents for management and administration of CyberArk platform
and processes for privilege identity management
Strong deployment and troubleshooting capability & experience
Good Knowledge of Linux Red Hat 7, Windows administration, LDAP, AD, IAM, and networking concepts.
An added advantage for any Identity and Access management skills.
CyberArk certification preferred

Qualification:
Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or
work experience.
4-6 years of relevant experience in design and coding with good analytical skills.
