Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities- Responsible to coordinate independently between importers / exporters / shippers / liners / transporters / overseas agents / statutory authorities.
- Identifying, Negotiating, and assigning CHA Agents & Liners, for International shipments.
- Coordinating with exporting companies for the documents transfer, Track the shipments from the Load port to destination port keep updating the stakeholders
- Prepare and arrange Documents shipping bills / bill of entry / online filing/ GSP and statutory documentations for exports.
- Prepare Customs estimations in excel and finding HS codes for the products in transit.
- Coordinating with international & Local Customs Clearance agents during the Export and Import of shipments, assigning them work and handle all import related documents and deal with statutory bodies
- Need to coordinate with the banks related to the Filings payments upon submission of documents from both the parties.
- Arrangement of Transport & Haulage as per requirement within India and Other countries in the process of export and imports.
- Making DO and issuing DO to the consignees CHA s
- Coordination with agents for getting approval on checklist through Mail communication and personal contact.
- Must and should have minimum 3-5 Years of experience in Imports and Exports of shipments.
- knowledge on MS Office, Excel Sheets and mailing
- Decision Making, Time Management and prioritize the work accordingly
- Knowledge on regulations and ISO requirements
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments
- Must and should have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be Graduate / Postgraduate with academic backgrounds in English with good academic track record
- Able to communicate in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Able to work with Mobile devises
