We are Hiring for Social Media Executive
About Process
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content
Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media
Generate, edit, publish & share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML)
Capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirement
Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills Required (B29)
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation skills
Should have social analytics tools knowledge
Should have adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO andSEO
Should have knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Should have excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
should have knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
Education
Graduate with minimum 2years of experience as handling social media accounts
Candidate must be from IT background / Lead generation
Should have Demonstrable social networking experience
Should have experience with social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM & Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Should have experience in creative content writing
