We have an opening for Design (Controls & Automation) in a Worldwide MNC @ Jogeshwari, Mumbai

Designation: Design (Controls & Automation)
Location : Jogeshwari, Mumbai
Experience : Min 2.5 Years
Responsibilities:
Level Specific Accountabilities:
Responsible to develop electrical design document of prototype machine using Eplan P8 software.
Responsible for Control Architecture design, Panel design and PLC/ HMI/ SCADA software programming as per requirement.
Responsible for technical documentation and implementation to meet pharmaceutical product regularities.
Installation and commissioning of prototype at customer site
Render onsite/offsite training, technical and troubleshooting services to the customer
Selection & development of vendors for control components and to initiate procurement in SAP and follow-up
Follow the project work process and maintain work discipline in the department
Scope of Decision Making:
Works under direct guidance and detailed work instructions, with close monitoring and review from the level above
Works under the guidance to resolve workplace problem in the area of expertise
Key Competencies:
Technical / Functional:
Minimum 3years experience on PLC, Drives, Motion controllers, HMI & SCADA
Experience in B&R PLC is mandatory
Experience in Zenon SCADA, Mitsubishi, Allen Bready system will have added advantage
Electrical schematic & Panel design, knowledge on electrical sensors & components
Experience in EPLAN P8, AtoCad2000 and above, MS-Office.
Working on GAMP5 and SAP will have added advantage
