Managing the existing client relationships. Ensuring customer delight & managing deliverables from Insurance companies while providing Insurance Broking & Risk Management Services.

Major responsibilities would include management of Insurance portfolio including placement of renewals as well as claims management. The primary role is to constantly contribute towards delivery of excellent insurance services.

Any Graduate / Post Graduate

An understanding of the different insurance products

Experience in Insurance domain would be an added advantage

Sound knowledge on the structure of insurance industry

Multi tasking skills to manage routine detail matters while attending to occasional complex matters.

Excellent communication skills - oral and written in order to deal with a wide diversity of people

Proficiency in MS-Excel , MS-Word as well as automated processes.
