Job description

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• Minimum 5+ Years of experience working as a UX/UI developer.
• Define the design principles and UX strategies for all work programs
• Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications
• Manage all forms of requirement gathering, user research, and usability testing, ensuring the best methods are selected for each project and client
• Design and maintain wireframes, visual mockups, and design specifications as needed
• Lead design workshops to discover user requirements and workflows for specific use cases
• Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders
• Create UX project deliverables (personas, user journeys, wireframes, app maps, prototypes)
• Create brand guidelines and style guides to supplement prototypes. Update Design Systems where required
• Work closely with Product Owners, Development teams to solve complex scenarios that impact user experience
• Contribute in pre-sales, competency building, client meetings, and delivery assignments. Must possess good storytelling and presentation capability
• Sound understanding of Design Thinking, user-centered design and best practices happening in the industry
• Should have worked on designing complex enterprise applications and be ready to demonstrate examples of the same
• Exposure of working with international clients is a must
• Should possess the analytical mindset and ability to think out of the box
• Strong working knowledge of key prototyping visual design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• A strong portfolio which showcases your ability and technical knowledge along with your visual design skills with a range of clients, preferably in enterprise application space
• Should have exposure to product development agile best practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills. While the role would be of an individual contributor but should also require mentoring juniors where required.
• Good communication problem-solving skills.
• Quick Learner and ability to jump into an existing code base and understand the code quickly and make enhancements as business demands change.
• Experience working with Onsite Team.
