Nursing jobs for the Global Learners Programme in EnglandThe UK National Health Service (NHS) was founded in 1948, employs 1.7 million people and provides government-funded medical and health care services for those living in the UK which is free at the point of delivery. Health Education England (HEE) supports the delivery of high-quality patient care in England through its role in educating, training and developing the health workforce.HEE facilitates the Global Learners Programme (GLP) for professionals to work and learn in the NHS. The GLP is the only UK government-approved international recruitment programme for nurses working with NHS hospitals across England. The programme is an Earn, Learn & Return scheme, nurses will work on a tier 2 working visa sponsored by an NHS employer. Pre - Requisites:
- Must hold a B.Sc nursing /GNM degree from a recognized university or board
- Valid license to practice in the home country
- Identity proof with the same name on Birth Certificate, Aadhar card and Passport
- A minimum of 6 months recent experience certificate with two references(nursing manager and head of the department)
- 7.0 Bands in Listening, Speaking, Reading and 6.5 in Writing (IELTS) or grade B(OET) in Listening, Reading, Speaking and a C+ in Writing (ALSO OET SCORES WITH C+ IN WRITING AND GRADE B IN READING, LISTENING, SPEAKING ACQUIRED IN LAST YEARS WERE ALSO CONSIDERED)
- Must have a good subject knowledge(theory & practical)
- Valid passport(if not, apply at the earliest)
- Good health and character
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary at Band 3 from 18,653 - 20,852. After passing OSCE, Band 5 salary is applicable depending on your experience from 24,214 to 30,112 per annum.
- Full time and permanent employment contract with an optional pension scheme.
