Job Description
Educational Background: BE/ B Tech/ MCA / MSc / Any Degree
Experience : 7 - 10 years of Software Product Development Experience
Skills Required: SFDC, Lightening, Visual-force Pages, Apex Controllers and Triggers, Metadata API, , Integrations with Salesforce Certifications.
Nice to have: Angular JS, D3.js, Force.com migration tool, Apex Data Loader, Git, Perforce, Pentaho, Jira, Bitbucket, Gitlab Pipelines, Circle CI, Salesforce DX CRM
- Hands on experience on implementing DevOps.
- Possess at least 3 years experience as a Software developer and out of which, at least, 2-3 years' experience in cloud Architectures.
- Expert knowledge in designing and building products, services and solutions
- Deep understanding on micro services architecture and its application to create highly scalable applications.
- Expert level knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes and cloud native application development.
- Ability to craft responses and design solutions to customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop high end enterprise grade software.
- Experience in Software product engineering WRT Salesforce, Cloud Computing, SaaS & CRM
- Build enterprise grade applications on leading cloud platforms
- Create technical proposals based on customer requirements and responds to customer RFP
- Convert the legacy Visualforce pages to lightning web components, thereby increasing the performance of application in Lightning experience.
- Streamline the development process of the team by implementing Continuous Integration using Bitbucket pipelines and Salesforce DX.
- Fixing defects and improve the performance of the application.
- Worked with POCs which were used as the foundation of new features in the product.
- Conduct trainings to the team members on the latest Salesforce tools and features.
- Work with different stakeholders including customers for successful deliver.
- Assist in overseeing software development process.
- Keep up to date with the latest software engineering trends and adopt them in software development.
- Produce solution design and technical specifications for software deliveries.
- Convert Customer requirements into technical solutions, document and work collaboratively with the Engineering team and Solutions Architects till final delivery.
- Come up with high level estimates based on proposed solution.
- Articulate the design and architectures to the stakeholders and convince them.
- Mentor next level technical leads to deliver high quality software.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Effective relationship, collaboration skills and organisational skills
