Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate should have ISTQB certification.

• Working experience on Agile model, Scrum Certified

• 5+ years Experience in Leading of a Testing team in Agile Model

• Working Experience of Automation -Automation Frameworks, Tools, Methodologies (HP ALM, BDD, Selenium with JAVA) Developing and executing test cases.

• Test Planning and Reporting

• Can handle multiple client stakeholders independently

• Experience in Web Testing and Desktop Testing is must.

• Should have excellent written and verbal Communication Skill & Interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently & in a team with a high level of quality.

• Must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.

• Experience in writing SQL scripts will be a plus

Job description:

• Test Planning and Execution.

• Developing and executing test cases

• Should have knowledge of Defect Management, Bug life cycle.

• Proficient in different types of Testing like Integration, Regression, Sanity, User Acceptance testing etc.

• Experience in Web Testing and Desktop Testing is must.

• Understanding of QA metrics and reporting.
