We're Hiring for Team Member Production Support
Roles & Responsibilities :

DO:

• Provide desktop support as well as remote support
• Should possess knowledge of IT support processes.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix Operating system, RDBMS, and Web technology would be an added advantage
• Understanding of Helpdesk environment would be preferred.

Display:
Qualified as BE / MCA / BscIT Fresher
Communication / team player
Multitasking
Deliver:
Make sure all IT infra equipment are properly running and resolve/escalate if any failure occurs
Reduce open tickets by fixing repetitive problems
Shift - Night Shift

• BE Fresher
• 2019 or 2020 passout only
