- As an Associate Lead Software Engineer, You will analyze, design, code, debug, test and modify software enhancements or new software and provide high-level architecture guidance and create strategic technical designs for projects of scope within.
- You will manage escalation and issue resolution for internal or external clients and stakeholders, provide input to project resourcing plans, advocate for an efficient development environment, set expectations and drive continuous improvement and high-quality code.
- Additionally, you will consult with stakeholders on current functionality and complexity of adding new features to develop software specifications, translate business problems into functional work estimates at the component level for current and future projects.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information
- Technology, Master's degree in Computer Applications, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in Software Development
- At least 7 years of C++,VC++,MFC with Windbg
- At least 2 years of experience in design patterns
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare IT background
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies
