Lead System Engineer - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Cerner Healthcare

We are excited to hire a Lead System Engineer for our CernerWorks team. As a Lead System Engineer, you are responsible for all activities and required to deliver multiple project tasks on time. You will be responsible for installations of all environments of Cerner solutions along with the implementation and monitoring of applications and servers.

Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying physical and virtual servers, setup and maintain testing environments also will be identifying new enabling technologies and platforms to help solve technical challenges. In this role, you will need to analyze technical issues related to the implementation of new technologies or even the customization of existing technologies for a client to improve performance.

Also, you will be responsible for the development, and functional correctness, automation, orchestration, and observability solutions within CernerWorks and to provide system implementation, support, monitoring, and maintenance of Cerner s solutions and services. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's or master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 4 years of working experience in administrating systems such as Oracle Enterprise Linux, Windows, and Citrix Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of working experience with scripting languages such as Ruby, PowerShell, Python, PHP, Bash, or DSC
At least 2 years of working experience on Windows Automation (PowerShell or equivalent use of system automation tools will be an advantage) Expectations: Willing to work on a rotational 12/7 on-call support.
