We are looking for TrackWise experienced professionals for NTT DATA Business Solutions in Bangalore location.

Job Description: - Storage Administrator
Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.. - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. . - Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions.. - Experience with TrackWise application support, ITIL framework, supportstandards and processes like SLAs and ITSM tools.. - Experience and expertise in a broad array of specialized areas of TrackWise EQMS and should possess knowledge on the following modules of TrackWise, . - TrackWise Login accounts, Memberships, Dashboard, Desktop Layout configurations, Workflow configurations, Notifications, Admin Queries, basic understanding on Crystal Reports, PR/Selection Imports, Monitoring and basic understanding on web services. . - CLIENT BUSINESS PROBLEM TO SOLVE : - Plans, performs, and manages low to medium complexity production supporttasks and activities that require generic knowledge about application and infrastructure support. . - Activities include monitoring production systems, initial triaging and troubleshooting, incident, problem management.. - Good understanding of regulatory Standards like 21 CFR Part 11, GxP . - Thorough understanding of ITIL framework. - Works on planning and execution of problem, incidents, production processes, controls and service requests. - Escalates unresolved issues to respective L3support team. - Provides mid-level end-user support, which may include: providing systems administration assistance, coordinating stakeholder discussions, updating user documentation or conducting training.. - Willingness to work in Flexible timings (Shifts 24x7).
