Job Description

DESCRIPTION

• Play Key Developer sometimes may play Development Team Lead and Project Coordinator roles as well
• Write high quality and testable code following clean code and SOLID design principles
• Conduct code reviews
• Plan and schedule own work for tasks and projects, also implement functionality without direct supervision
• Perform profiling and troubleshooting of existing solutions
• Coordinate application deployment
• Follow and understand defined software development process
• Participate in workshops and presentation of proposed solutions to clients
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis to clarify business requirements
• Assist team members with providing with technical solutions
• Work independently while in close collaboration with others in the team and across projects

Requirements

• Overall 5-10 years of experience in implementing large Software products/solutions implementations
• Successfully worked in SW products/solutions in enterprise or go to market scenarios
• Hands-on on full stack technologies (Services, Java Script and DB)
• 5 years experience and Proficiency with Java, Micro Services, Spring, Spring Boot, Java script frameworks (JQuery/Angular), databases, Design and RDBMS concepts
• Experience on Cloud and solutions like PCF/Docker
• Appreciation for non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, user experience, security, maintainability
• Proficiency with Agile practices, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, JIRA, Confluence, SVN, GIT
• Ability to multi-task, work on product line/projects at once, delegate effectively
• Knowledge of design patterns
