Job Description

Currently a Top hotel is hiring for GRE's in various locations

Role:Guest Relations/Front Office

Locations:Bangalore

Job locations: Yellahanka,Bansawadi,RR nagar,Koramangla

CTC: 16.5K for Freshers

        upto 20K for Experienced in relevant field

Job description:

1.Handling the incoming customers, taking care of the check in and check out activities

2.Helps and assists the hotel manager with all day task

3.Manage Breakfast operations and take guest feed backs during it.

4.Will help in room service(F&B and amenities)

5.Maintain Inventory count in the property.

6.Do guest delight activities and create great guest experience.

7.Should audit rooms and create room check lists.

 Required Skills:

1.Good communication skills

2.Minimum work experience in hotels/restaurants/Aviation/Travel and Tourism

3.Any degree/Diploma freshers with knowledge and interest in hotel industry also welcome.

4.Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management/Aviation/Tourism/Hospitality is most  preferable

Age limit:18-35 years
