The Job

With the ever evolving banking offerings, we make sure that our products and services keep delivering best in class value to our customers. You will be part of the core team responsible for creating innovative products and services to suit our end users digital lifestyle. Your responsibilities include strategic planning in collaboration with partnerships team, product and process enhancement implementations, P&L management of your product portfolio, devising and implementing successful launch of products, establishing and monitoring performance metrics and key KPIs.
The Profile

• You have a Degree in Engineering followed by a Masters in Finance or related discipline.
  
• You have at least 7 years experience within leading banks, dealing with financial service related and digital banking products.
  
• You have participated in design, development and launch of at least two FS / Banking products in your previous roles.
  
• You have a successful track record of delivering seamless products, within given deadlines.
  
• You have mentored teams in the past and can coach professionals to build high performing teams.
  
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
