The Employer

Our client is a team of high performing B2B Sales professionals that partners with organisations to augment their sales. With their expertise in Sales and ability to conceptualise and execute a holistic solution, their clients are able to focus on their core competencies and experience consistent growth in volume and bottom line.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing
Inbound and outbound leads, generating leads (hunting & farming)
End to end sales and maintaining strong relationships with leads
Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

The Profile

You have at least 3 years experience within a Inside Sales role, ideally within the IT Software industry.
You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
