Job Description

* The Candidate Should have a good knowledge about the electronic components.

* Candidate Should have a good communication skills and customer convincing power.

* Generating leads through cold-calling, pitching, reference and contacts gathering, emailing etc

* Exploring new business opportunities and prospective customers by market research

* Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.

* Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance

* To engage with the customers, understanding the needs of the customer, explaining the offerings of the store & assisting them in choosing products according to their requirements.

* Explaining the Product details to the customers.

* Succeeded in closing a deal overcome objections, negotiating and convincing hesitant buyers to make the purchase.

* Handle customers queries.

* Should be able to build and maintain customer relationships.

* Maintaining the data of the customers.

Knowledge and Skill

* Computer knowledge (Excel, Word)

* Counter sales

* Communication skill

* Convincing ability

* Negotiating skill

Language Known: English/Hindi and any
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electronic Engineering
