Job Description
Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!
We are Hiring for Technical Lead (Developer) Primary Responsibilities
- Must have at least 2+ experience in leading a team of different
- software developers (Front-end, Back-end, etc) preferably in a product-based environment in the past
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project
- delivery
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and
- mentorship
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts
- and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's
- requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans
- Experience designing, implementing and maintaining RESTful
- services.
- Leads code reviews and is exceptional at identifying potential
- problems in others' work
- To work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as
- well as suggesting innovative solutions to their needs / pain-points.
- Conduct functional/technical feasibility study for new products
- and services.
- Ensures that application integrates with overall system
- architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools
- Develops algorithms, data and process models, plans interface
- and writes interface control documents for use in the construction of solutions of moderate complexity
- Strong in problem-solving skills, data structures, and
- algorithms
- Required Work experience is 6+ Yrs
- Must have hands-on experience in C#, typescript, Angular, .net
- Core, Azure, Sql server (.net core, c sharp, Angular and Azure is
- mandate)
- Should be aware of AI / ML algorithms and methodologies like ML.
- Net and TensorFlow
- Knowledge of Xamarin is added advantage
- Familiarity with tools for code-reviews, version control (git) /
- Git hub
- Lead the development effort by delegating work amongst team
- members and will be hands-on with coding, apart from code review, merging code and functional testing.
- Experience in CI / CD and develops on Azure cloud
