Quality Assurance Executive @ AGN Corporate

Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and supervise the activities of Quality technicians to ensure customer specifications are met.
Establish and implement a program for review of all scrap and rejected parts for possible rework.
Provide support to vendors in resolving technical problems and improving the quality of supplied parts.
Accept or reject parts in accordance with procedures and submit reports to appropriate departments.
Maintain awareness of the status and stage of production with department.
Create and implement non-conforming parts procedures.
Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs.
Ensure safe operations.
Have the ability to establish and execute a monthly plan.
Will ensure daily control items align with the company business plan and key objectives/metrics.
Assist with the maintenance of the China Compulsory certification (CCC) system.
Administer performance reviews.
All other duties as assigned.
Requires the ability to use and apply knowledge of quality and ISO practices
