Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all House Keeping, Kitchen, Facility Management, Travel Management
Event management, Infrastructure Management, Safety Management,
- Executing tasks connected to ensuring that all infrastructure & equipments required for smooth delivery of the programs are always functioning and in case of any breakdown the same is resolved immediately.
- Executing and ensuring that all measures for securing the safety of all students & staff in the campus are maintained & followed always. Preparation & submission of the daily security report.
- Executing tasks connected with coordination and follow up with vendors or contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improvement of the infrastructure and equipments in the school.
- Resolving complaints, problems, and requests as per need and situation & adhere to timely closure of complaints/work orders to ensure smooth operations.
- Responsible for ensuring that all toilets/washrooms are always manned by lady housekeeping staff.
- Responsible for periodic checking & sanitization of the school campus for any objects or conditions which can be detrimental to the safety of students and staff members. Inspecting the building frequently for signs of repair and maintenance
- Responsible for ensuring that medical facilities are provided to any person as quickly as possible in case of any emergency.
- Support the team for organizing events within and outside the school campus
- Keeping a track of all the soft services related to the operations at the site along with its details
- Executing tasks connected with the management of the kitchen staff to ensure that all guidelines related to Food Safety measures are always implemented.
- Executing task connected to the running of the kitchen so that all meals are prepared as per plan in a clean, hygienic manner every day on time with the best quality and taste.
- Will be responsible for facility & security budget forecasting & variance reporting
- Monitor the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize stakeholder satisfaction level.
- Any other tasks assigned by Management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Post graduate with Operational knowledge of IT & Safety procedures and Electro Mechanical equipments.
- Good communications & Coordination skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
- Age 40-50 years demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable
