Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities -

1. Prospect, meet & convert potential customers to consistently achieve sales targets.

2. Recruit good quality of Agency Leader & Insurance Advisors by prospecting, identifying and sourcing good quality.

3. Train the Agency Leader & Insurance Advisors through classroom and on the job training.

4. Achieve business targets.

5. Lead, motivate and develop the team of Agency Leader & Insurance Advisors- Sustain the team of motivated Agency Leader & Insurance Advisors.

Ideal Candidate -

1. Minimum 2 years experience in Life Insurance.

2. Prior experience in Agency Sales.

3. Must be local candidate or working knowledge in the market.

4. Open to travelling and Male candidate preferred.
