Job Description

Dear Doctors,

We are looking for LADY BAMS Ayurvedic Doctors for pure Ayurveda Beauty and Intimate Care clinics in Mumbai, Suburbs, Thane and Navi Mumbai.

With a unique concept of Beauty and Intimate Healthcare treatment based on pure Ayurveda, you are expected to provide reliable, cost-effective & advanced therapies (to be introduced for the first time).

Job Description & Responsibilities:

To Attend, Diagnose, Counsel, Consult walk-in and online patient,
To Monitor, Review the progress of patients and ensure timely yet constructive completion of treatment,
To ensure Client satisfaction and handle their grievances with empathy,
To Challenge conventional approaches, Research and Develop new formulations, therapies and concepts as required,
To interact and co-ordinate with team of experts,
To Maintain Patient Records, Database and inventories,
To personally Guide, supervise, Motivate and Manage Therapist + staff on a day-to-day basis and achieve desired Results,
To recruit and hire requisite staff under you,
To set monthly/quarterly goals and achieve them successfully,
To organise and conduct community camps, workshops & training programmes.

Selected Candidates are required to go through required crash Training for One Week.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum BAMS with valid MCI Registration,
MD with Rashshastra / Cosmetology preferred
Clinical experience of 0 to 3 years,
Freshers may also Apply,
Wise Knowledge of Herbs & Moden medicines desired,
Exposure / interest in Beauty Treatments (Cosmetology / Dermatology) and Intimate Wellness preferred,
Young, energetic, motivated and self-starter,
Fluent English with Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati
Knowing Computers, Internet, Social Media platforms,
Good Communication, Problem Solving and Persuasive skills,
Must be interested and looking for Bright Future ahead.
Expected to work on Weekends with one weekly off during Monday - Friday)
