Job Profile:

• Troubleshooting and maintenance of SMT line (Pick Place Machine ,AOI, SPI, Stencil printer, Reflow oven)
• Install of Different Operating System and Different Software
• OEE control SMT lines
• Control on line utilization
• Maintain cycle time and achieve Target UPH, Line capability
• Attrition control, Reducing manufacturing scrap
• Technical downtime reduction in bottle neck machines.
• Maintaining CPH, MTTR, MTBF, Technical availability, etc.
• Preventive, Breakdown maintenance in SMT lines.
• Controlling the spares and maintenance cost
• Train the Equipment Engineering team
• Downtime analysis of machines and implementing measures for enhancing operational Efficiency and productivity in Equipment Engineering
• Team Management
