1. Generation of the business through agents and Roadshows

2. Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents

3. Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents

4. Ensuring the agent productivity and activation

5. Training and agent life cycle management

6. Brand development by conducting road shows

7. Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction

8. Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SM
