Position : Looking for Technology driven "Delivery Head" who can lead large delivery teams
Employment : Permanent Position
Location: Waverock building, Gachibowli - Hyderabad

The position of Offshore Delivery Head is a key role to the success of CompuGain and this person would be responsible for the overall delivery of CompuGain portfolio from offshore. You will be responsible for top line and bottom line of the business unit, and guiding large teams on high quality deliverables, higher productivity and continual improvement.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Solutions business unit delivery with a team of program/project managers and deliver high quality software.
- Work with the Management and drive the team in terms of delivery process, solution roadmap implementation, client relationships, program implementations on time and within schedule.
- Assurance of a delightful customer experience through program delivery
- Develop Agile Teams to align with the Modern Application Delivery and Platform
- Build a collaborative environment, be participative, take accountability & ownership in this transformation
- Proactively manage production, deployment and delivery risks and implement mitigation actions
- Work with Product Management and Project Management teams to monitor the development process across the product to ensure the product specifications are accurately followed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Participate in Application Architecture design, high level design of system components, technical review and technical documentation.
- Work with the team and Management to define deliveries and work within schedule.
- Work with the processes and tools to ensure best practices are adhered to on every project.
- Actively manage the on-/offshore model for growth, optimal efficiency and cost
- Take ownership for hiring, people development, career development and local human resource matters
- Fulfil organization responsibilities Sharing knowledge and experience within the other groups in the organization, conducting various technical sessions and trainings.
- Project initiation and project delivery skills are required
- Excellent people skill and ability to manage all stakeholders ( customers, management, managers, quality auditors) is a must
- Ability to thrive in a fast growing and young technology company
- Work with the processes and tools to ensure best practices are adhered to on every project.
Technical Skills:
- BE/BTech/MCA with strong knowledge and real time experience in enterprise systems application development
- At least 15 years real time experience in Enterprise Grade scalable applications in .NET, Java, Python, DataProcessing and other technical stack
- Should have understanding and experience of software development agile best practices.
- Excellent people and delivery management skills
- Design & architecture skills on n-tier, web-based applications, distributed design, Microservices and Service Oriented Architecture.
- Experience in designing complex solutions for performance, security, scalability, extensibility & availability
- Experience in partnering with business and transformation management
- Team management experience covering the whole value chain (analysis, design, implementation, testing, support and operations), on and offshore setups
Interpersonal skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to a wide variety of individuals with varying technical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, structured and result oriented way of working, and ability to get things done in an operating environment
- Excellent people management skills are a must.
