Designation: Site Supervisor
Current Location: Okhla delhi
Candidate Should Have Two Wheeler With License Is Must.
Skills: Project management, Interiors, Quality test, Microsoft office, Communication skills, team management, etc
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To keep a continuous check on the quality of interior works, the execution (as per the drawings) and resolving site related technical issues.
- good knowledge of interior work.
- Manage day to day operations of the facility
- Recommend adjustments or quality improvements to the assembly or plan process. Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being used on site.
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
- To manage all the snag work as per the stipulated timeline
- To guide & instruct workers for day to day activities
- Independently handle all snags, complaints and requests of the customers and respond to questions whenever needed
- Should be responsible for the quality as well as quantity of production
- To arrange necessary materials machines, tools, hardware, wooden components etc. for getting the things done
- Assign different Vendors for different types of jobs after taking quotations
- Attend project meetings
- Coordinate with logistic department for material delivery at site
- Submit checklists, Inspection reports and other documents as required.
- Coordinate with the concern person to take signoff
- To keep a check and monitor if the project is executed according to the specifications and standards or not.
- Handle escalations appropriately according to escalation matrix
- Taking approval from seniors
should have minimum 1 year experience of site supervisor ( interior works)
