Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Distribution analytics identifying critical ratios, development of reports and publishing the same through technological aided applications 
• Business and Market intelligence identify key trends in the market for business enhancement and process improvement
• Driving Performance Management across distribution levels
• Ensuring agent recruitment and managing the licensing funnel 
• Distribution operations management Sales personnel on-boarding in HRMS and liaison with channel management teams for seamless introduction in the hierarchy system
