Salary - upto 2.60 LPA fixed+Variable Pay 3K per month reimbursement

- Should be local /Near from branch area-

Age-min 25 max 47 yrs

Have own vehicle.

- Have IRDA Certified Licence mandatory-

Role & Responsibility:-

In this role, the DM will be responsible for finding people interested in becoming Insurance Agents and getting them qualified to sell insurance policies. DM will also be expected to help them in selling policies by joint field working and operations support. For this purpose, DM will be trained intensely by the company.

Job purpose :

- To ensure sell of our insurance products

- To ensure quality advisors are being recruited and developed

- To communicate changing customer needs to the top management

- To expand our reach to untapped customers
