He/ She maintains periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made. The BDR also cross sells the banks third party products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Cards, etc.

To attend the walk-in customer in branch.
Resolve there queries regarding credit card or loan.
Identify opportunities and generate sales opportunities through database deals and by existing customer of bank.
Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Must have knowledge on front line sales and KYC resource
