Job Description
MEGA Walk in Drive for the role of Finance- R2R and Accounts Payable on 11th April
Job Location:Delhi/NCR

Walk-in Timings : 10:00 am -2:00 pm
Account Payable:
Process invoices in workflow
Validate key fields from scanned documents.
Run uploads for electronic invoices
Understand customers policies and adapt
Setting up vendors and modifying the vendors when required.
Perform audits in accordance with customers policies and procedures
General Accounting:
- Prepare Journals at the end of the month after analysis of prepaid & accruals account etc.
- Prepare monthly close calendar and discuss status of activities with country controller every day in close
- Month end close and assessment cycles run
- Prepare GL Reconciliations and identify open items and track closure with country controller
- Prepare supplementary schedules reporting, VAT declaration reporting etc.
- Execute internal controls and checks as part of the process performing task with accuracy and timelines
- Track Intercompany reconciliation status and do necessary follow-up with relevant teams to get variances resolved before month end.
Skills And Competencies:
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good accounting knowledge
- Hands on Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
- Good written & verbal communication skills
Qualifications :B.Com /'BBA Graduate
