Job Description
Responsible for implementation and integration of AIOps platform at customer environment.
Work with cross functional team of platform and product teams to deliver on the program as per customer's business requirements, timelines, budget.
Responsibilities
Overall program planning, detailed project plan with milestones, governance
Execution of program by working with our teams and Customer teams
Provide regular status updates and conduct demo/review meetings
Plan and identify risks early and work with necessary teams for mitigation
Qualifications & Experience
Education/Training
BE/B.Tech degree in IT, Computer Science, MCA
PMP or equivalent (preferred)
Experience
8+ years of experience in IT projects/programs, should have done hands-on work.
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading large Program deliveries for Tier-1 customers.
Experience in programs/projects involving Performance monitoring and Automation tools
like Dynatrace, Appdynamics, CA, Solarwinds etc.
Proven experience in customer facing programs as program/project manager. Must have
led multi-disciplinary teams to execute.
Well versed in MS Excel, powerpoint, MPP.

Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under pressure.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
Ability to drive collaboration with executives, business and technical teams to achieve ef-
fective solutions.
Outgoing and comfortable building cross-functional relationships.
Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
Conflict resolution and negotiations skills to resolve disagreements quickly and effectively,
bringing a problem-solving attitude to conflicting approaches and priorities involving oth- ers.
