Enel X is hiring RPA Manager - Uipath Expert @ Enel X Services India

Job Description

The RPA Manager will be responsible for end to end delivery of Enel X's RPA projects.

What you will do:

Lead implementations throughout all phases of an automation project.

Oversee the design of technical specifications in RPA implementation.

Leading architectural deliveries.

Work with the local and cross-country stakeholders and cross functional teams to gather requirements.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert on process automation solutions

Serve as the internal escalation point and design authority for project issues for team members within an automation project.

Create, maintain, and educate project team and provides inputs for RPA best practices.

Work and manage third party teams and monitor the progress of deliverables.

Presents project status and deliveries to stakeholders and user-level audiences.

Validate that the designed solution will meets the company's business requirements.

Serves as a mentor for team.

Who you are:

A qualified, passionate and dynamic RPA leader having rich experience in delivering Robotice Process Automation solutions using Uipath and Abby Flexicapture.

What we search in you:

10+ years of Software Engineering experience

Strong RPA experience in designing RPA workflows, architecture and RPA project delivery

Expertise on Uipath, Abby Flexicapture and Orchestrator

Exposure/Knowledge on AWS

Strong working experience on SQL database

Working experience in Agile environment

Certification of RPA Architect or UIpath (Preferred)

Proven technical leadership and people management skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Available to join as soon as possible
