Job Description

Master construction program, mile stones, resource management program, Review SOPs, Estimates, Budget & tender documents,
Set quality standards,Evaluate & monitor monthly schedule, weekly plan,scrutiny of drawings & design brief & execution of works

Required Candidate profile

Having exposure on Interiors such Club & Amenities. monitor cost at Stages & control Completion cost. Desirable Knowledge on Design of MEP Services, Complete the Project within the accepted Cost & Time. Constructed high rise 10 plus stories preferred

Perks and benefits

Candidates drawing over 20 lakhs p.a preferred. Present progress reports to Management, CMDA -manage infrastructure works such as roads, drains, sewer, STP / WTP / water supply / PHE / Fire fighting / mechanical ventilation, solar power etc -
