BE Chemical/ Polymer / CIPET (DPT from CIPET) or Post-Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing & Testing (PGDPPT from CIPET)
Work towards Zero Defects
Manpower handling > 50, Leadership / Team Building
Trouble Shooting, Training
Productivity Improvement/ Cost reduction
Communciation and co ordination within the dept and Other dept
PPC, Mass balance, yield
MIS / ISO / ERP
Analysis of System in production
Culture/5S/safety

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 4+ years of experience and 2 years experience at similar level in FRP/ composite.
