To collect Customer feedback in an organized manner and maintaining the database to collectively improve on the satisfaction and dissatisfaction parameters.
Building up a Good Image and Rapport
Maintain Effective and Timely Communication
Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquettes
Make calls and follow up
Maintain complete and accurate telephonic correspondence data.
Recording complaints, problems, queries and providing suitable answers and assistance
