About Us
A group that has been involved in ecommerce since 2002. With offices in the UK, India, Australia and New Zealand, we have organically built a strong portfolio of online businesses and a host of recognisable brands. Our India offices are in Vadodara and Ahmedabad and provide us with a suite of functions that include web production, marketing, accounting and support. Where a lot of international companies utilize manpower from India, we don't see them as a back office but rather the core of what we do and who we are as a team.
The Job

The HR role is therefore paramount in ensuring that we get the best people, develop and retain them. Working alongside our group manager and a team of talented recruiters, you will be responsible for implementing initiatives both in terms of administration as well as forging relationships with external recruitment partners and the best academic organisations for our fresher campaigns. The role also involves working with international recruitment for our other regions.
About You
You have at least 2 years experience from a similar role.
Some HR related academic qualifications are essential.
Training coordination experience would be advantageous.
Ecommerce exposure would be advantageous
You understand how to find good people.
You are somebody who knows how to keep good people.
Results driven individual.
Somebody who is able to take ownership of projects or tasks.
Exposure to international recruitment would be beneficial.
Ability to come up with solutions to problems.
You are able to demonstrate prior results that you have achieved.
You are somebody who takes pride in their work.
You have an excellent standard of English.
Strong communication skills within the team and with stakeholders a must.
A good standard of education.
Time management skills and self organisation is critical.
Intelligent, a strong work ethic and an amazing attitude.
