Job Description
Role : MS dynamics CRM Lead developerRole Description : Coach and advice team members as required.
Core Competency Requirements :
- Candidate should have good design skills and experience of working on CRM 2015 or CRM 2016 or Dynamics CRM
- Candidate should have hands-on experience of building CRM components like JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, Actions, SSRS reports and should be able to build components using CRM SDK related
- Candidate should be able to design CRM entities, forms, dashboards and other CRM functionalities as per the given client requirements
- Candidate must have excellent skills in CRM for extending, customizing and configuring CRM applications
- Candidate must possess very good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with developing, debugging, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Configurations of latest MS Dynamics 365 both CRM Online , On Premise and building integrations with MS Dynamics CRM, MS Azure Integrations and PowerBI
- Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations with both managed and unmanaged solutions
- Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in using the CRM SDK and plugin platforms, in Forms, Plugins, Workflows, Ribbon, Business rules, Dashboards & other CRM components.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#
- Demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript development
- Familiarity with Xrm Toolbox, Build FetchXML & use it in CRM Portal
- Experience in PowerApps, Azure AD, Azure AD MFA
- Experience of doing MS CRM implementations across various industry domains.
- Develop SQL scripting and stored procedures to be utilized in the development of CRM software applications.
- Must have experienced at building Extensions utilizing Web technologies such as AngularJS, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, ASP.NET 3.5+, SQL Reporting Services, XML, WebServices, WebAPI etc
- Experience in data integration & migration from other systems into MS CRM & between different versions of CRM
- Excellent analytical skills, understanding of project life cycles, and ability to act in an entrepreneurial manner
- MS Dynamics certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Participates in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SharePoint/MS Dynamics CRM based initiatives (Upgrades, Third-Party Solutions and integration with Enterprise Systems)
- Delivers Technical solutions against business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD), implementation plans and status reports for small to complex client engagements
- Identifies new areas and business processes where SharePoint/ MS Dynamics CRM can be leveraged and facilitates continual process improvement
- Develops, configures and maintains portals, custom solutions, sites, pages, document libraries and lists, including access control and issue resolution
- Standardizes and optimizes the way data is stored and retrieved
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Expert knowledge of SharePoint 2016, Azure Active Directory(AAD) and related technologies (PowerApps, Flow, Teams, Delve, Planner, etc)
- Working experience on SharePoint search configuration, content types, site columns and Administration on services
- Proven track record in adaptability, teamwork, problem solving, coaching, group process facilitation, influence, strategic thinking, results orientation, planning, business and systems analysis, leadership and change management
- Superior skills in all MS Dynamics CRM 2016 / D365, Scribe Integration, Plugins and Workflows development , PowerApps, Flow
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, ASP.Net, JavaScript, jQuery, SharePoint Designer, WCF and WebAPI
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum project methodologies
- Must be able to independently handle complex problems
- Demonstrates competency/success in the ability to translate
