Job description
We are now looking for a young energetic and detail-oriented individual to work for us in our India offices. As we are an international brand working with different time zones, we would require the potential candidate to be flexible to work in shift patterns (Day or nights) with us. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Logistics team based out of our offices in India.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Live driver monitoring and support.
Optimising delivery times and areas; helping drivers collect and deliver as efficiently as possible.
Shaping and automating the process of how we operate and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Understanding of performance metrics to create analysis allowing to drive business results.
Providing real-time customer experience.
Desired Skills:
Reasonable Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
Basic Excel and Google sheets skills.
Proven working experience in transport/logistics management.
Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
To-do attitude and problem-solving state of mind.
Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
Experience working in a high-stress environment.
