We have an urgent opening of Area Sales Manager for Delhi
Job Role-Area Sales Manager GT/MT ( Cosmetics/ Personal care Background Only)
Location: Delhi
Experience: 8-15 yr
Job Description:
Teams Performance: Review & monitor each sales persons performance for the business vertical in line with daily/monthly/quarterly objective
1) Monitoring & overseeing demand forecasting & inventory pipeline, ensure required stocks with Outlets/Retailers
2) Devise and/or implementation plan of promotion & Liquidation of slow moving stocks
3) Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for sales & marketing strategies
4) Implementing sales promotional activities as a part of product launch, brand building and market development efforts
5) B.A Management
6) Servicing Outlets/Counters- managing distribution / Visual merchandising/Display
7) Preparing reports on sales, P&L and keeping all MIS
ready as per business needs.
8) Channel Management- driving Primary, Secondary
Sales targets
9) Complete market order and match with distributer stock position
10) To perform up selling & cross selling of product to clients.
11) To maintain financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement, of respective region
12) To coordinate with vendors & internal/external customers.
