As an engineer you will:

• Be a go to person for all database and design aspects with in a product and guide the team in design and reviews. Help the team to ship quality product.

We use open standards and technologies at the center of our product engineering to give competitive advantage to our customers. We have adopted both opensource and enterprise database technologies and Big Data for most of our storage. At the center we have service-oriented architecture. We are transitioning to cloud first strategy on our new initiatives and product offerings and applying cutting edge AI/ML techniques to create superior value for our customers.

Our mobile development track uses either hybrid or native approach (iOS and Android) to build mobile applications. The integrations are primarily enabled through REST services.

Our infrastructure entirely runs on cloud and we use of many of their services. We like to use best open source tools and services available to achieve continuous deployment and continuous innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent. We also welcome candidates from other majors with the above skills and interests.
• 4+ years of experience of programming knowledge in writing SQLs, stored procedures, performance optimization and database administrative activities, especially with MS SQL Server (both on premise and cloud)
• Working experience on contemporary performance optimization techniques, preferably with MS SQL Server In memory OLTP tables, column store data indexes, optimizing data block & change log sizes, etc.
• Ability to communicate database concepts clearly and effectively
• Ability to do design and take technical ownership of DB activities
• Mentoring enthusiastic juniors and freshers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Passionate software engineer, love to learn, prototype and solve the problems.
