Principal Engineer - Mobile - Pune - Johnson @ Johnson Controls

Job Description

• Leading the team of Mobile/Web UI Development in Fire Detection systems, as part of a Research Development team in a World-leading multinational organization.
• You will be part of a motivated and dynamic cross-functional agile development team delivering value added connected solutions for life critical systems.

Primary Skill Description:

• Must be able to own and create end to end mobile application architecture , drive strategy for mobile platforming for business.
• 10 years of Direct experience and expertise in commercial Mobile applications development for Android and/or iOS platforms, including push notifications.
• Must have 6 years of full-time work experience in React Native or similar framework proficient in react Experience on UI technologies including HTML5, CSS, CSS3, NodeJS, ReactJS JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs to connect mobile solutions to backend services
  Good knowledge of UI and UX general principles.
• Experience in deploying mobile applications to iOS and Android app stores
  Work Experience with automated builds, automated test tools and CI/CD pipelining.
• Experience in developing reusable artifacts/frameworks, re-usable assets, Industry solutions, reference architecture, design, development and QA best practice.
• Good knowledge of design patterns and strong competencies in object-oriented design.
• Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  Hands-on experience preparing detailed plans for the development of new products and designs.
• Strong team player with well-developed interpersonal skills, results oriented and self-motivated

• Push the product vision forward as a passionate advocate
  Design, prototype and develop high quality Mobile applications for fire alarm systems.
• Spark idea generation and provide continuous feedback to address our customers needs.Prioritize features and optimize our Mobile solutions offering.
• connecting fire panels to the Cloud Actively participate in software planning and estimation activities Continuously strive to hone your skill set
