Job Description
- Briefing the profile of the Company, SPA Insurance Broking (www.spainsuraincebroking.com) in person or thru mail /PPT etc) with underlying focus to secure meeting for General Insurance business.
- Reaching out to all existing corporate relationship for General Insurance Business.
- Understanding customers' requirement, and suggesting most suitable product for the customer According to his objective.
- Ensuring conversion of opportunities into business.
- Consultative selling to prospective corporate clients to develop Commercial corporate business to increase companies visibility.
- Submitting quotes to corporate clients and converting them into business.
- Continuous follow up with the potential corporate clients in a systematic manner And Follow up for post sales service issues and also to explore new business opportunities with allocated existing clients
- Liaisoning with the operations team for smooth transition of the claims management.
- Generate activity and sales report as per Company requirement
- Meeting Key stake holder and decision makers at CXO level such as COO, CEO, CFO and HR Head etc.
- Balancing the optimum product MIX.
- To prepare Business Budget.
- Attend sales seminars, sales meeting, educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments, trends, regulations in the marketplace.
- Finding relevant and latest corporate data for calling / contact by self or for Tele-callers.
- Undertake Sales of other product /Services offered at the Group level, to the extent permitted under the law.
