• Email service Monitoring & Operations

Management of all incidents / alerts raised by monitoring tools with our datacenter hoster

Coordinate deployment of security patches and other microsoft kbs

Test and Validate changes (Service Pack, Upgrade, Security etc)

Actively participate to migrations in case of aquisitions / devestitures

• Monthly reporting and analysis
• Monthly reporting and analysis of all incidents and service requests
• Monthly review of monitoring and update of continuous improvement plan/ remediation
• Monthly functionnal reporting and clean-up tasks (incoming / outgoing volume of emails, domains names usage,...)

• Backoffice Support (Email service L3 support)
• Handling of all service requests raised through SG ticketing tool or email (email tracking, migrations..)
• Handling of all complex incidents raised through SG ticketing tool or email
• Follow-up of problems / incidents escalated to Microsoft and Cisco support

• Continuous improvement of Email system and evolutions
• Take part in all ongoing service enhancement actions (new features, strenghtening of our Exchange infrastructure..)
• Take part in the continuous email security enhancement actions (SPF, advanced filtering, Advanced Malware protection)
• Participate to tests and assements of email system evolutions on the mid-term

Candidate Profile & Deliverables

• 57 years of relevant experience
• Expert on Microsoft Exchange 20102016
• Expert in PowerShell and scripting skills
• Office 365 (Exchange online, OneDrive, Teams, Yammer)
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Email Filtering - Proof Point (if possible)
• Excellent ability to troubleshoot and debug errors, logs, installation failures
• Basic knowledge of OS security and vulnerability components

Qualification

• Degree in IT or related areas with focus on technologies and infrastructure or Degree in IT

Personality

• Able to deliver independently and minimal intervention
• Analytical and structured approach
• Service orientation (Strong adherence to time and quality KPIs)
• Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-duty service
• Willingness to travel onsite at short notice
