Job Description

Experience into Direct Sales
Understanding client requirement and offering solutions
In conjunction and strong collaboration with pre-sales, deliver successful Proof of Concepts events
Build up a sustainable and robust pipeline quarter by quarter and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
Engage and develop a strong network with decision makers/key influencers within the customer community
Develop long term and trustworthy and collaborative relationships across all levels within the customer and partners
Should have good communication skills
Should have handled large and mid- accounts
Should be well networked in the market.
Experience of selling IT Solutions
Achieve sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
Work within the guidelines set out by the Companys Code of Practice to ensure that customer satisfaction in achieved.
Responsible for driving business growth through identification and penetration of new market segments for attaining targets.
Keep up to date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive position of the company.
Implementing strategic marketing plans to ensure maximum penetration of target market & clients.
Expand market segments & ensure sales volume by targeting prospective customers in the product segment.
Creativity and problem-solving skills
Good organizational skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
Budget awareness and good business sense.
