Job Description

Work with team to build, mature and support the big data initiative, focusing on cloud initiative.
Understand as-is data landscape, specifically the deployed solutions on current on-prem Oracle based data warehouse and define transformation path to cloud.
Execute cloud transformation projects, focusing on migration of legacy (on-prem) solutions to Azure cloud.
Augment solutioning and delivery capacity by aiding through Center of Excellence (CoE), expert advisors, demonstrated process and technical accelerators.
Define, design and execute tasks as defined.
Interact with business stakeholders, understand needs, define proof-of-concepts to cater to the needs, shape up project based on proof-of-concepts.
Independently comprehend tasks as part of larger project/ program, define timelines and execute with proficiency to ensure delivery excellence.
Work with team to align and migrate technology stack to cloud (Azure).
Actively monitor, manage and maintain on-prem Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP), Azure stack of technologies (specific to data projects).
