Vacancy: General Manager (Plant & Sales) Steel Fabrication Plant for 50 crore Turnover Company
Posting : Rourkela
Salary: Your salary will be at par with the Best
Your background:
Will be based out of Rourkela.
You have been working for a minimum of Ten years in the fabrication industry . Ideally in execution of large and super large fabrication Projects
You may possess around 1 to 2 years as COO or CEO, or you may be a General Manager or head of Fabrication Plant cum Project Sales Expert.
You should be techno commercially sound .
Both Shop Level as well as marketing experience are both important.
You must be an expert at negotiation for garnering Orders , especially for large and super large tenders.
Salary: Your salary will be at par with the Best

Briefly:
You are a Techno commercial man and your expertise is desired at our Rourkela Plant. You will be in charge of both the Fabrication Plant as well as procuring large Fabrication orders in a recession market. The main focus area in your selection process would be your ability at Order Procurement. You will not be selected until your Bio Data states your orders procured in the past few years along with your experience at Plant level Fabrication as per project requirement. And if possible , also at Project Execution involving the fabricated products.Our present clients:

Your job would be to keep the order books full even while running the plant like clockwork(like an automatic machine, non stop).
For this purpose, assuming that you already possess experience at handling and running a large Turnkey Project related Fabrication Plant, including supply related logistics, then, you shall give us a guaranteed list of contacts during your interview and you shall ring them up one by one, during the interview process and we shall speak with them one by one to ensure that you have actually procured the order that you have mentioned in your resume.
Salary will not be a constraint.
Repeat: 10 years minimum experience desired.
