3.Client Handholding - Training and Hand Over to Client, Customer Relationship Management.
4.Staff Management - Managing the Teams development and morale and handling personnel issues as they arise, including leading the appraisal process for the team and ensuring compliance with company processes
5.Training - Training to new Employees, Transferring knowledge to team members both in terms of skills and industry knowledge
6.Vendor Management - Ensure good and healthy relationships with labor contractors and other vendors from the stage of identification, selection, commercials, agreements, deliverables, quality etc.
