Job Description

• Provide necessary inputs to the ICICI Support lead/manager for preparation of Daily, Weekly and monthly status report
• System availability matrices
• Performing daily batch jobs, maintenance activity and monitoring.
  
• Technical assistance for couch base.
  
• Installation of patches given by FICO.
  
• Support for any OS patch or security Patch installation related to FALCON production/UAT Environment.
  
• Any BIU activity support to the third-party system OR interface like Base-24, Prime, IDCMS related to FALCON production/UAT environment.
  
• Support for IT Infrastructure related calls which hampers FALCON BAU (Sys Admin, DBA, Network Admin)
  
• Support for maintenance of FALCON Production/UAT Hardware infrastructure which hampers FALCON production/UAT environment.
  
• Support for Setting up disaster recovery environment.
  
• Support for DATA replication between production, DR & BCP.
  
• Provide necessary knowledge transfer sessions to the ICICI Team.
