Candidate having working experience in J&K may apply only in EPC (Electrical - Distribution) Projects. He should have good planning, budgeting and management skills. Able to work under pressure. He should have good knowledge of Project Execution, Billing Process (Client and Contractor Billing), Handing & Taking Over and able to liaison with client independently. He should have excellent command on MS EXCEL and can do the correspondence independently.
Highlights:

Will independently handle a project of minimum 100 Cr value
Overall responsible for handle Electrical - Distribution Projects execution
Responsibilities include Project management, planning and billing
Responsibilities include maintain good rapport with client, subcontractor and local bodies
Has to maintain safety and quality Standards in execution
Has to maintain project related documentation
Responsible for material reconciliation
Mobilization of labour for project execution
Optimum utilization of resources
Responsible for Client billing and subcontractor billing
Project cost control and saving methodology
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
